Local legislator attends early childhood event in Augusta

Rep. Ralph Chapman, District 37, was among the legislators attending Infant Toddler Awareness Day at the Statehouse on January 10. He met with regional childcare professionals and early childhood advocates. Speakers at the event included Therese Cahill-Low on behalf of Mary Mayhew, Maine Department of Health and Human Services Commissioner.
